The tournament is open to a maximum of 18 teams, each consisting of 4 players. Please complete the short form below to enter your team in the 2009 Royal Westmoreland Cup and a member of our team will contact you.

Event Package Per person £1,500.
The package includes tournament fees, all accommodation, and additional corporate hospitality entertainment over the five days. Flights are not included.

A discounted package excluding accommodation can be provided to Royal Westmoreland owners and local Barbados businesses upon request.

A deposit of £250 per person is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellations
Any cancellation after 31st January 2009 outside of 60 days of arrival - 25% of the booking value will be forfeited.
Any cancellation between 30 and 60 days - 50% of the booking value will beforfeited.
Any cancellation inside of 30 days - all monies will beforfeited.
